Cancellation / Transfer / Refund Policy

 

PUBLIC TOURS

 

- Cancellations at least 48hrs in advance of the Tour will receive a refund Less $20 per person and the credit card processing fees.

- Cancellations for ANY reason within 48 hours of the Tour Date will forfeit all monies paid.

 

- Transfers to another Tour Date within 48 hours prior to Original Tour Date, since you are essentially cancelling and dropping off the original tour, are subject to a $50 fee per person. 
 

- Minimum # needed for Public Tours is 4 people.   If less than 4 are booked, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives.

- All tours subject to change due to insufficient number of people or road conditions/closures...very rare!  

PRIVATE TOURS

- Cancellations received by phone or email 60 or more days prior to the Tour Date will receive a Full Refund, less any processing fees charged.

- Cancellations received by phone or email between 60 and 30 days prior to the Tour Date will receive 75% of the total cost back.


- Cancellations between 30 and 14 days of the Tour Date will receive 50% of the total cost back. 


- Cancellations for ANY reason within 14 days of the Tour Date will forfeit all monies paid.

WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR YOUR TRIP TO PROTECT YOU IN THE EVENT OF ILLNESS, INJURY, CAR OR FLIGHT TROUBLES/DELAYS OR ANY OTHER SITUATION THAT COULD CAUSE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR TOUR.
